The classes offered come in a variety of options to choose from throughout the day, the studio & lobby area is ALWAYS clean. Staff is so friendly, they run a great business here. If you’re thinking of taking any sort of heated yoga class i recommend this place, all instructors create one of a kind flows every week and nothing feels forced or out of place with the positions and stretches chosen. It’s the best I’ve experienced in my 7+ years of hot yoga.

- JJJaneOct 1, 20245.0It was my first time doing yoga ever. The special care of the staff and calming voice of a very knowledgeable trainer made the whole experience exceptional. I loved the warm atmosphere. The aromatherapy and soft candlelight were a lovely touch. But, be prepared to sweat a bit and dont forget to bring a bottle of water. All in all, it's a really good class. I left feeling so centered and relaxed. So, if you're looking for an enriching yoga experience with a super instructor, I'd highly suggest Yoga 6 in Foothill Ranch. I'm very glad I decided to give it a try.
- KJKimberly JohnsonMay 12, 20245.0This is a great local yoga studio and the management is very friendly. I like the diversity of instructors and classes. It can be a full in evenings and weekends so book early. Only thing I wish is that they had more floor space or a 2nd studio.
