    I don’t know why there would even be reviews from years ago. I have been coming here for over three years now. I have never once had a bad experience here. The staff has always been pleasant, professional and willing to explain new prescriptions to me.

    Dr Tatiana is an amazing pharmacist!! When my thyroid medicine started to react to my HRT and another medication for a chronic illness that I was allergic to, Dr Tatiana has been a champion for me and my family (I'm a single momma) to get to the bottom of it and help me get back my health!! Her empathy, excellent bedside manner, and warm presence is one of the reasons my family is loyal to the Ralph's grocery stores in general, and this pharmacy in particular. We love this store and have great service at this Ralph's. The pharmacy is just one of many reasons that sets this particular Ralph's grocery store apart from the rest in Orange County. The clerks, staff, and every manager really cares about the customers and wants the best experience for everyone. They absolutely go out of their way to help, whether you are shopping in store or get the amazing pick up curb service (make sure you tip them well!!) The people stay at this store for years and I understand why, which is another reason my family has moved a few times over the years, yet continue to shop in this well lit, well decorated, and well managed store that's awesome through and through!! FIVE stars!! Highly recommend!! God's Blessings to y'all!! ✝️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    They were so beyond rude and someone really needs to teach them how to bag groceries. Both of my loaves of bread got smashed in with Monsters and Gatorades. Thank God there are so many other markets around here including another AMAZING Ralphs.
