The Salon is state of the art, the management is professional all with a personal touch and the instructors are so knowledgeable and powerful. I have been with this studio for almost 2 years and I learn a new movement in every class. The classes are energetic, fun and so rewarding. Best thing I have ever done for myself! Thank you Club Pilates Foothill Ranch!!

I have been trying to cancel my membership for weeks with no response. They don't answer emails. I went to the studio several times and got nowhere. The receptionist just kept apologizing and saying she has notified the manager as well. However they continue to charge!! The customer service is just terrible!!!! I have heard that this has happened to other several people as well. Why not build your business on good service instead of scamming people!!!!

Front desk is amazing and guides you always in the right direction (specially Kara who is an absolute GEM ). The instructors are all super knowledgeable and nice and you can totally feel that they care about your health and progress. 100% recommend 👍🏽

I was ignored multiple times when asking for a refund when I was charged for my membership after canceling. I got the run around and had to stay on top of them for a month to try and get my money back.
