  Care about paying money for services you never received or being charged incorrectly? Come here! You’ll never talk to someone in the office who can actually help, and it will take months to resolve (currently 10 months in to resolve my “bill”). Even simple visits will be billed wrong or your dentist will fall out of network without notice. You’ll be assured it’s being handled but then harassed constantly by emails and texts saying you are delinquent with threats to cancel any dental care.

  We love the facility, doctor and nurses but the wait time was too long. I pulled my son out of school and we got there before our scheduled time. We sat in the waiting room for 35 minutes and weren’t seen by the doctor until 50 minutes after our appointment time.

  Today my 8 yr old grand daughter had her fitting appointment for her Invisalign. They were very patient and spoke to her all throughout the process. My grand daughter wasn’t scared at all and she truly enjoyed the experience.

  Dr Shaw is the literal best out there for kiddos. My boys are always so happy to go to the dentist which was unheard of before we started seeing her a few years ago. We are always in and out so quickly and it's such a chill environment. Lots of fun stuff/ video games for the kids to do while waiting in the front office also. I love that I can sit right with them during their appointments.

  We have been taking our kids here for many years and have had the best treatment; however, the past few visits our visits have taken longer than we expected and we ended up waiting in the lobby for more than 30 mins at times. I am not sure what is causing the delays. Also, the appointments are also limited as they operate only few/certain days in a week at this location. Besides that minor annoyance the treatment and the staff are professional and courteous.
