  I recently signed up for a few classes at Cyclebar Folsom to try it out. After a serious health challenge the last couple years, I am now ready to start working out again but wanted a low impact way to get in cardio. I used to be a runner but have never cycled. I was very awkward during my first class and although the Cyclebar team was awesome and helped every step of the way, I didn’t realize my bike was not quite at the height I needed and didn’t speak up. I went back my second week and Henry helped me get the bike adjusted and it made a world of difference. I just finished my second class and am very happy to say I will definitely be going back. I have tried and failed a few times to get back on the trail as a runner, but I think cycling and Cyclebar is what was missing as an intermediate step. The classes are challenging but not pushy, the team is supportive and it is a fun safe environment for a cardio workout. I recommend it to anyone not knowing where to start their health journey in Folsom.

  Best workout experience I've ever had. I started out riding 4x times a month and quickly upgraded to an unlimited membership. The community Cyclebar creates is one of a kind. All the instructors are amazing and truly motivate you during the ride! The front desk staff is always warm and helpful too :) Would highly recommend them to all!

  A had a misunderstanding with Cyclebar back in May but today I am so thrilled to say it's no longer an issue! I loved the instructors and staff, but management was completely MIA at the time to fix the problem. Cut to this week, this misunderstanding escalated. Within 24 hours, the new manager Alex was able to fix everything! She was prompt in responding and offered me multiple solutions to fix the situation. I am so grateful for her help! She was kind, understanding and so helpful. I wanted to express my gratitude by posting to let others know this location is going to treat you right. :D
