  We’ve been customers since 2024. Daniel and all of the staff are very friendly. Our daughter also loves coming back here because of how friendly they are especially if something happens to there glasses and they will find a fast and efficient way with no complaints. We will gladly be continuing customers which is why we come back. We don’t ever feel pressured and they always make sure we are comfortable with fittings, price and if there needs to be any adjustments on the glasses. Highly recommend coming by here if you need an exam and a new pair of glasses!

  I had such a wonderful experience at this optical shop! Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful from start to finish. I especially want to thank Daniel, the technician, for being so patient, kind, and attentive. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. You can really tell that he cares about helping customers and providing great service. All of the staff were also very friendly and professional. I truly appreciate how pleasant and easy they made the whole experience. Thank you, Daniel, and the entire team, for the excellent customer service! Highly recommend this optical shop! 👓😊

  After a very disappointing experience at another optical office, I came here for a second opinion, and I honestly couldn't be happier that I did. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The entire staff made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. A special thank you to Daniel, who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect frames and explain all of my lens options. He took the time to answer every question I had, explained things in a way that was easy to understand, and made recommendations based on what was actually best for me—not just what was easiest. His patience, knowledge, and genuine kindness made such a difference in my experience. The optometrist was also wonderful. She carefully listened to everything I had been experiencing with my previous glasses, thoroughly rechecked my prescription, explained her findings, and helped me understand exactly what was going on. I never once felt dismissed, and I truly appreciated how much time and care she took with me. I ended up ordering new glasses and contacts here, and I absolutely LOVE them! The quality is outstanding, my vision is finally clear and comfortable, and I couldn't be happier with the results.   I’ve been coming to Site for Sore Eyes since 2020, and every visit has been an amazing experience. The entire team is always welcoming, friendly, and professional. Daniel and Nora are especially wonderful—they’re always so helpful and never make me feel like I’m asking for too much, whether I need to be fitted for new glasses or contact lenses. They always take the time to make sure everything is just right, and I truly appreciate their patience and kindness.
