  Eye exam was great. Dr was very kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. Felt very comfortable with her and her recommendations. The showroom manager was wonderful. His attention to the service details were 10 out of 10. I appreciate his gentle honesty while trying on different frame styles, as well as his engaging and friendly personality. These two made for a perfect eye exam/ glasses & contact purchase experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Was in the area and tried this spot. Browsed for a bit and needed an adjustment. One of the employees approached me kindly and asked if I needed any help. They understood what I needed and set me right courteously. Would come again when I’m due for my next pair and exam. Thank you Mark.

  They have a very rude, smug, and disrespectful way of dealing with people of color at this LensCrafters and it seems like they don't like black customers. I suggest people get on code and stop shopping there. From several experiences I had there recently, I nor anyone in my circle will be shopping there. And I'm calling corporate to make my complaints because they need to do better.

  I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Lens Crafters located in Solano Town Center. On the day before I was just cruising through the mall and just so happened to pass by the establishment. From the time that I walked in I was with a smile and the ladies that was there were able to assist me and help me prepare for my visit on the next day. On the day of my appointment I walked in with a great welcome by the staff. Being that this was my first and second experience Lens Crafters I was able to walk around and view I wear as I waited to be covered. The examination was a wonderful experience. The optometrist was very polite and was able to take care of my concerns that I have been having. Then as I went for the front I was greeted by one of the Associates in his name is Mark. Mark was very knowledgeable and I was treated like I had been there for many years. I give this a five-star and I definitely recommend this site will not disappoint anyone. Customer service was also! Great job to the staff!
