  I just posted about this company on Yelp and felt obligated to post here too. Ever since Rolling Hills Dental was bought out by Kids Care Dental, this place has fallen. The ONLY reason we are still going here is due to feeling a form of obligation because my son is in Phase 2 of his braces. As soon as he is out we will be looking elsewhere. The staff are actually fairly nice. They are young and new (a fair number of questions on how to do things) but usually nice and friendly. The old doctor had a mantra about not being too invasive with procedures and I loved that. He wanted to make the experience as pleasant as possible. However the new doctor put a device in my son's mouth that was defective and he was not able to close his mouth. He couldn't chew for 2 weeks before we brought him back and they said it was a manufacturer's defect and that he didn't actually need it. In addition their pricing is almost double what other are charging for the same procedures. With the increase in wait times, the massive increase in cost, the lack of empathy from the doctor, the experience has changed my son from being comfortable going to the dentist to now HATING it.

  We are seen promptly and the team is very kind and helpful from the moment we walk in. The plus is that our dentist is black and female! Representation means so much. We love going to the dentist!!

  Before it became Kids Care Orthodontics and it was owned by Dr. Anderson, this was a great place. Kids Care has ruined the vibe, created a mountain of red tape and makes it impossible to call the office directly. The company outsources phones calls to India. They don’t respond to texts, calls or emails. The braces on my 3 kids have worked out, but the back end corporate part is terrible.
