My prescription is not old and it hasn’t changed. She didn’t give me any other options. I will not give this location my business. Absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve been to a LensCrafters location in NYC before, where the service was average, so this visit really stood out to me. Dr. Salazar was excellent being very thorough, professional, and patient during the eye exam. I felt like she genuinely took the time to make sure everything was checked properly and explained clearly. Destiny at the front/ customer service area was also amazing. She was incredibly helpful and made the process of getting my new prescribed contact lenses smooth and easy. Friendly, knowledgeable, and great customer service overall. This was one of the best eye care experiences I’ve had, and I honestly can’t wait to come back to pick out glasses next time. Highly recommend this location!
