Kaia FIT Fair Oaks is a women’s strength-focused fitness studio built on community and accountability. Our 60-minute, coach-led group classes combine progressive strength training, smart cardio for heart health, mobility, and recovery. Coaches don’t stand at the front — they move throughout the room, offering one-on-one support, form guidance, and real-time encouragement. Every exercise includes low-, mid-, and high-impact options so all fitness levels can train confidently and safely.
