- LFLouisa Ferber4 days ago1.0I signed up for the trial week and regretted it almost immediately. The heated classes are so overheated that most of the sweating comes from the room, not the workout. The sculpt classes are equally disappointing—poorly structured, lacking proper form instruction, and nowhere near effective enough to deliver actual results. The coaching felt amateur, and at times the lack of guidance seemed downright unsafe. The final straw was having my $500 Dyson hair tool stolen from my bag during class. I was assured the studio was a safe place, but when I reported the theft, management was dismissive and took no responsibility. Add in dirty showers, constant sales pitches for memberships and merchandise, and an overall lack of professionalism, and this was one of the worst fitness studio experiences I’ve had. Save your money and go somewhere that actually delivers results and cares about its customers.
