  Horrible customer service, Jason was extremely rude and very unprofessional. He tried to force me to sign up for a membership to purchase something. I have one and was in a hurry buying one thing I didnt feel like I needed to used it. He then asked rudely if I was okay with him loosing his job for me not signing up, then kicked me out of the store and said I was not welcom back. A membership is not need to purchase something at gmc...

  I had this interaction with the manager jason a few months back, but I cannot get it out of my head. He was super rude and disrespectful towards me. For context I came to this town and I became friends with people that I did not know were bad. I don't have family, and I was just trying to find community. I ended up befriending this guy named Robert. Unknowingly, to me, he was stealing from this company for a while. When I had gone to the store with my ex as soon as I came to the store to say hi and introduce myself Jason the manager was super rude and condescending. He said oh you're robert's friend. Of course, I got offended, because basically he was saying that I was a thief. I didn't know that they were stealing from the store. Either way I told him not to involve me with those kinds of people. I had stopped being friends with them after a while it was him and his roomate who used to work at the store. He then said that I had an attitude when he was the one who started it. He also threatened to kick me out of the mall and called the cops on me for standing up for myself. He was super rude and unprofessional, and I will never be coming back to the store. I think it's really funny that he would assume that I was a thief. When i'm a nurse. I make more money than him.And I would have no reason to steal anything. I've gone to the store multiple times and i've never stolen anything. I will never forget that interaction.I had with him and how rude and disrespectful, he was. Maybe you guys should learn how to train your managers better. And not let them assume things about people. Have the day you deserve and I hope you get your karma. I would also like to add context. My ex had nothing to do with this interact. It was solely the manager jason. And his disgusting behavior towards others. Learn to be a better human being.

  Staff is kind and knowledgeable, very fun to talk to! Store manager is absolutely awesome, very sweet and funny. Great selection of products as well, and super easy to order to store for pickup if they don’t have what you’re looking for!
