They said no guarantees to fix it but they definitely did, and the best part about it. They didnt want to charge me anything for fixing it. Loraina was the sweet lady thay helped me. Highly recommend this place to anyone reading this.

Make sure to triple check that the frames you ordered are correct in the system. I waited 10 days for my glasses and they were not what I had ordered. My eye doctor was fantastic and the sales team on the floor was wonderful, as always. They corrected my order right away and were apologetic. I'm just frustrated because now I have to wait another week for my glasses. I just want to warn others to make sure that when you leave the store that your order is correct in the system.

I barely had time to ask questions as they came up. At the end when she finally asked if I had any questions, I had forgotten some because I was so put off. Feels like they just want to get it done and get you out of there. I don't see how I had to wait 30 minutes if they're going through the exams that fast. Maybe they just want you to wait in the store and look through the frames hoping to get you to spend more money?
