  I’ve been doing Pilates here for quite a while, and during my second pregnancy, these classes became such an important part of my routine. I truly enjoyed every class and always felt safe, supported, and challenged in the best way. The instructors were incredibly attentive to the modifications and alterations I needed throughout pregnancy, making sure I could safely keep up with the exercises while still getting a great workout. I was able to continue classes all the way until my last month of pregnancy, and the staff was always understanding and accommodating of my needs. I especially loved the different class variations and teaching styles each instructor brought, every class had a great flow and never felt repetitive. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely care about their clients. The staff is also so friendly and welcoming. I’m really grateful for such a positive experience and highly recommend this studio!

  What intrigued me was the free 30 minutes introduction class. Yes, I said free. Soft selling at the end which I can appreciate. I am new at pilates and having a free introduction class helped me to decide if this was for me and it was and is. I attend Nicole's Flow 1 classes and she is an awesome instructor. She stresses core strength which helps our posture. As an older person, posture and core strengthing is very important to me. Flow 1 classes is perfect for someone if it's their first time or haven't done it in awhile. When you attend the class, make sure not to bring allot of stuff. Cubbies are available however, the cubbies are not locked. If you forget to bring your pilates socks, they have some there for you to purchase. Staff members are so nice and helpful. They also do check ins with you ensuring you are getting what you need out of the classes. I would say, if you haven't tried it, you should. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
