I keep coming back both for me and my daughter because of the folks that work here. Omar and Alberto are awesome. Super friendly, on top of it, and great communicators. Just switched to contacts and they patiently helped me figure out how to use them. Definitely going to keep coming back for eye exams and glasses.
- GGg gustafsonApr 29, 20265.0I had the most amazing wonderful experience here that I have to rave about this team! Dr. Tina Khieu was the best and most thorough optometrist I have EVER had. As a 72-year-old senior, I felt valued, and the information that she shared with me regarding my eyes was insightful and complete. Her friendly manner made me feel so comfortable, and she was outstanding in her knowledge and ability and extreme kindness. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Khieu! Furthermore, the team that took care of me consisted of Alberto, Kaila, and Omar. They were so friendly and knowledgeable in every way. They truly wanted the BEST for me (as did Dr. Khieu), and explained everything, from the details about the glasses to using my 5% off target card! Their fun disposition, yet knowledgeable kindness, made my experience perfect. As a former school teacher, I have to give them all an A+++!

- DSDouglas SammondApr 8, 20261.0BEWARE OF EYEGLASS PRESCRIPTIONS WRITTEN BY TARGET OPTICAL (Encinitas) After having prescription glasses made based on a prescription written by Target Optical, I immediately felt eye strain. I arranged an eye exam with another optometrist who wrote a much different prescription and even let me compare the two prescriptions in temporary glasses. The second prescription was clearly the correct one. I now have a $500 pair of glasses that I can't use and Target Optical has refused to reimburse for the cost of glasses with the incorrect prescription. I recommend finding a more competent optometrist.
