St. Paul's PACE North County

PACE provides coordinated medical and social services to seniors over 55 who have chronic conditions and require regular medical support, yet wish to continue living in their own home. We offer primary care, therapy services, wellness programs, in-home care, daily activities, and transportation to and from appointments. For seniors with Medi-Cal and no share of cost, all St. Paul's PACE services are free. Located in the heart of Encinitas, St. Paul’s PACE North County is our fourth senior medical clinic in San Diego. We serve North County’s senior population as an Alternative Care Setting (ACS), bringing primary and additional care services directly to participants in our health center and via Telehealth.
