I have been client of Encinitas Miracle Ear for the past several years. And based on my continuous experience, I highly recommend this local hearing aid service. Absolutely five stars. Joanne and her assistant Patrick always make sure my experience is seamless, comfortable, and professional. From the moment I enter, Patrick is always welcoming and attentive, and who manages appointments and cleanings efficiently with little wait time. Joanne runs an absolute first-class office. She is knowledgeable, meticulous, and personable, taking care to update my hearing aid software, as well as insuring their optimal fit. Joanne and Patrick form a team combining professional clinical expertise with genuine, warm customer service. If you or a loved one needs hearing assistance, this is absolutely the place to go. My appointment, yesterday, with Miracle Ear/Encinitas,CA was 100% perfect. I was able to snag an early morning visit. Check-in with Patrick was easy and my appointment started on time. Joanne Miller explained everything well, giving me insight and confidence prior to actual test. The test itself was actually fun. Smooth and calm which worked well for me as I often get anxious with something new. Great job Miracle Ear!

Joann has always been available to answer all my questions . Today I called with no appointment with a Question and Joann was able to see me and solve my problem. I would highly recommend Encinitas office. I have been client at this office for 5 years.

We needed to find a new hearing aid outfit for my 91yo father. My wife saw Miracle Ear of Encinitas had a 5 star rating so we took Pops there. Joanne thoroughly tested his hearing then installed a set of demo hearing aids in dad’s ears, What a difference from his old hearing aids! We were sold. My Dad can now join in on conversations around the table and doesn’t need to turn up the TV volume to 11. Joanne is a true professional! We could not be happier with Miracle Ear of Encinitas.

I am so grateful to have found Miracle Ear and to receive the gift of hearing better. I previously tried a hearing aid two years ago and it did not help me at all and the audiologist also did not provide professional help. What a difference to be able to work with Joanne at Miracle Ear! Joanne is so professional, friendly, kind, and helpful, and her follow-up care is wonderful and exactly what I needed. I highly recommend Miracle Ear in Encinitas and Joanne. 🥰
