The hearing test was thorough. The audiologist Joanne is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She spent enough time understanding my problem and explaining the options. The hearing aid she recommended has ample adjustments to address my requirements. The follow on support is amazing. My hearing aid has been customized to my personal needs. I will highly recommend trying the Miracle Ear Encinitas.

I do not have Miracle Ears hearing aids, but Joanne was so accommodating and eager to help me. She carefully looked at my aids and determined that they were amplifying. She surmised that there might still be some fluid in my ears from the cleaning. Which turned out to be the case. Joanne is a caring, dedicated knowledgeable provider. I recommend her highly.
