  I am visiting from Europe and my glasses broke ! Totally blind without them . Danny was able to replace the screw and fix them at no charge. His kindness and quick response to my request for help truly touched me ! I would recommend the Encititas store to anyone in need of services regarding glasses and eyes check up ! Thanks again Danny !

  I walked into LensCrafters, there were only one person ahead of us. I picked out my frames and proceed to wait fifteen minutes, while they helped the other customes.In walks another couple who they also help before myself, so finally the lady comes and says your next, I say thank you.She finally sits us down, and in comes an older white male who says I think I was here first I myself being black and my wife hispanic, in response I stated I was here before the last couple, Ive been there a total of 20 minutes now just waiting and the employee got up from the desk we were seated at and walked up to the register to help this new person that just walked in. The male employee said he came in earlier and left the female employee said ill be back it will be really quick. My point being there is no ticket system in place and it made me feel as if they thought his money or time was more important than mine.I placed my frames back and exited the facility!

  Convenient location in Encinitas-- awesome, quick service with very reasonable prices and a good selection of glasses. Everyone is super helpful... and I think they fixed my last prescription (from a different Optometrist) because my glasses actually don't give me a headache anymore! Very satisfied with my visit.

  Wow!! With Dr. Esfandiari we received such a high level of care that was more expected of a very expensive care center. He was gentle and very kind to my older friend who was there for an eye evaluation. He recommended and explained treatment going forward and truly went out of his way to accomodate. Thank you Dr Esfandiari! His team members were also extremely helpful. AND- all of this was done at a very affordable price. Highly recommend instead of long lines, poor service, and indifference that customers might receive at other facilities.
