  Been going there for years and outside of Derek (staff receptionist), i know faces but don't know there names. Nor have I left a review. This is my first. Meticulous, dillengent, and focused on quality work. Dr Le is phenomenal! I was looking for a way to say fantastic and extraordinary but settled on phenomenal. :-) The reason I say that is because every time I "shamefully" walk in (which I do A LOT), they always put me at ease and treat my issue as its the most important thing in the world. They call me by name "Kenneth" (probably because of my many visits), give me tips on how I can do better with my "flossing and brushing". I've never had a bad visit, nor suffered any pain at Encinitas Dental Design (which I appreciate). After reading the other reviews, I WHOLEHEARTED agree with them and recommend Dr Le (finally know her name) and her staff. Everyone is amazing and I appreciate your tolerance and your patience when I come in saying "I pulled off another crown because of the gummy bears". From the bottom of my heart and the #19 tooth you fixed. THANK YOU!

  Virtually no wait for my cleaning appointment. Very efficient and comfortable process. Additional services offered but not pushed, unlike other practices where the upsell seems to be the higher priority.

  Excellent customer service. On time for appointments. All staffs and doctors are very nice. Thank you all for giving me a better smile.

  Great atmosphere. Great people. Going to the dentist is not something most look forward to, with Dental Designs I don't dread going. That's a positive in my book.
