  As someone who isn’t usually a big barre fan, I was hesitant at first, but a friend suggested trying their strength classes since they incorporate much more weight training and feel completely different from a traditional barre class. I was honestly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. The instructors are kind, supportive, and great about offering adjustments and modifications for every fitness level. Really great studio!

  Love this place. Caters to all levels so that you can participate in a way that makes sense for you. I’m an athlete but coming off an injury so needed to move mindfully. I’m excited to step it up when I’m ready. Very welcoming group of instructors. The owner is fabulous. Reinforces the idea that it’s more about the climate of the studio than the particular method of working out. Highly recommend.

  Barre 3 has taken my workout to the next level! The classes consistently push me in a friendly and supportive environment. The instructors are wonderful; they are knowledgeable, offer differentiation for all levels and make the classes challenging and fun. Amanda and Stephanie rock!

  Barre 3 is a game changer! They have a variety of classes , strength, cardio and signature barre class. Each one a total body workout! Very clean with a well organized staff! Great instructors and a wonderful owner! Come and try it, you will not be disappointed!

  Barre 3 is a great workout and the studio is always very welcoming. I love that the workout is inclusive with modifications and focuses on mobility in addition to strength. I also love the variety - unlike other barre studios there’s a signature class but I also love strength and cardio to switch it up.
