I'm a Barre instructor in CO, originally from Encinitas. I stopped in while I was in town and let me tell you it was a great workout! Amanda kept the class fun and she was very personable. You gotta try it, I'll be back!

I was going to Encinitas for a month and hoping to find a place to workout. My barre instructor here in Marin suggested I check out Barre3. I couldn't have been happier. It was a truly welcoming atmosphere. The staff was terrific from the front desk to the instructors. I got lucky that there was a promotion running while I was there. If I lived down there you can be sure that I would take classes 5-6 days a week. Such an empowering place. I left each class feeling strong and revitalized. Thank you Barre3 Encinitas! You kept me in great shape! I hope to return the next time I visit there.

As someone who isn’t usually a big barre fan, I was hesitant at first, but a friend suggested trying their strength classes since they incorporate much more weight training and feel completely different from a traditional barre class. I was honestly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. The instructors are kind, supportive, and great about offering adjustments and modifications for every fitness level. Really great studio!

Love this place. Caters to all levels so that you can participate in a way that makes sense for you. I’m an athlete but coming off an injury so needed to move mindfully. I’m excited to step it up when I’m ready. Very welcoming group of instructors. The owner is fabulous. Reinforces the idea that it’s more about the climate of the studio than the particular method of working out. Highly recommend.

Am loving Studio Barre! I have done barre at other studios around North County, and this is by far the most high energy and challenging of them all. But don't be intimidated! Everyone starts at their own level and no one but the instructor is watching you! And in no time, you will find you are stronger and can do more reps with better form. First class is free, so why not give it a try!
