- HPHarris Perles1 day ago3.0I'm happy with lencrafters, and happy with jennifer who took everything. What i'm not happy is with your phone system. This is terrible. No one answers the phone. It goes to a stupid voicemail that tells me they'll call me back in two days. I wanted to purchase another pair of glasses and I couldn't speak to anybody. My only option was returned to the store. When I got there, I found no other customers and the phone wasn't ringing. Which tells me that they set the phones to be automatically answered by AI. And I couldn't speak to anybody 42 days. In a retail business this is unacceptable.
