Customer service was awesome, i went in to purchase a new charger due to me leaving my charger in my friends car. The price was out of my price range and I wasn’t able to get my charger until Thursday. The receptionist allowed me to charge my hearing aids enough to get through my day.

We are traveling from Oregon, and on this trip, we realized that Mom had forgotten her hearing aid charger at home. We were hours away, and I honestly thought our trip was over before it had really even begun. We were seriously considering turning around and driving all the way back to Oregon. I started calling Miracle-Ear locations trying to figure out what we could do. After a couple of calls, I was beginning to think, “Ohhh no, we really are going to have to go home.” Then I was transferred to Claudia. I was on the verge of tears, and from the minute Claudia said hello, I knew I was in great hands. She was so kind, reassuring, and genuinely wanted to help us. Instead of making me feel like this was a huge problem, she immediately started figuring out how to solve it. Claudia went above and beyond to help us obtain a new charger so my mom could continue using her hearing aids and we could continue our vacation. When we arrived, Joel even came out to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were all set. The kindness didn’t stop there. Claudia even took the time to tell us about some local places to visit and recommended a place for breakfast. We took her advice and had an amazing breakfast! What started as a really stressful morning turned into such a positive experience because of Claudia and Joel. Instead of turning around and heading back to Oregon, our trip is continuing on. Thank you, Claudia, for your kindness, patience, and for truly going above and beyond to help my mom. You turned what felt like a vacation-ending disaster into a wonderful reminder that there are incredibly kind people out there. If I could give Claudia 10 stars, I would. Miracle-Ear is very lucky to have her! ❤️

I always feel like I*m part of the family when I walk through the door..Many times I*ve gotten immediate help even though I didn't have an appointment. Both Claudia and Joel go out of their way to make your visit easy ,enjoyable, and very professional.

My elderly aunt and I walked in without an appointment today Feb 14. Joel and the wonderful assistant at the front desk (I didn’t catch her name) couldn't have been more attentive and accommodating. I highly recommended this location!
