  The doctors and cleaning staff have been great! However the scheduling issue is real and unfortunate. I have been going there with all 3 of my children for nearly 10 years, services have been extensive with all three doing Orthodontics and regular dental work. You get the feeling its about money and jam packing the schedule to unsure zero flexibility. If you have to cancel or reschedule an appointment, the next available option is always 1.5 - 2.5 months out, even at the expense of the scheduled orthodontic services. For example, you need to adjust the braces so they can do their job, so scheduling is the only reason for lesser care and delays with your orthodontic plan. It has increasingly become worse and worse over the years. At this time, I will no longer take my kids there (After what I prepaid is complete), as they are over the age of 18 soon, but mainly because I cannot rely on zero flexibility. Life happens. I have had to reschedule only around 2 times (2 separate appointments) in the last year. Most recent example was for my sons 13 minute (Their words on the phone for the length of the appointment) appointment for a readjustment. Soonest available time on a day requiring time off for work and school was 2.1 months out.

  I had a great experience today. My daughter had a cleaning done and the dental hygienist that helped her was super sweet. My daughter felt very comfortable with her. The ladies at the reception were great as well.

  I want to give 0 stars if possible. I called to schedule an appointment. They were asking way too much questions and told me they WOULD TAKE GOOD CARE OF MY SON. only to find out that, my son Delta dental is not PPO, they called and cancelled it. and i called to double check, they were rude, and even hung up on me. LOL. I AM GLAD I wont be using them for my son for his dental treatment.

  This was the first time we visited and the vibe was great. It smelled nice, mucous was great, they have multiple activities for the kids, front desk receptionist are amazing! Very fast service on everyone's part. My child is Autistic and did amazing. Loved the women who did my son's cleaning, she has amazing energy, very caring, helpful, and sweet. My 6m old even got a toy!

  We had such a wonderful experience today! The dental hygienist assisting Dr. Carson was absolutely fantastic, so patient, kind, and attentive with Micah. He was having a tough time keeping the X-ray tabs in, and she went above and beyond to make sure he felt comfortable and at ease. Her playful energy, even celebrating with a little dance when she got the photo, made such a difference. Dr. Carson continues to be our favorite. We truly trust and appreciate the care we receive. The front desk team was just as warm, attentive, and helpful from start to finish. We are so grateful for the entire staff who took such great care of us today. Thank you for making it such a positive experience!
