  I came here to get custom-made earplugs and to get my hearing checked. Amy and Isaac are super-competent, caring, and thorough. I have great earplugs now so I sleep better. I also got a detailed analysis and explanation of my hearing deficits. Amy laid out my possible options for further treatment, and/or a hearing aid. She was very clear and informative and agenda-free. I found it very helpful and encouraging, and now I have a plan how to deal with my hearing loss. I could not recommend Elk Grove Hearing Care more highly!

  Where do I begin. I had a few visits with the Dr. and Isaac and my world changed. I have had hearing aids for a few years. Several months ago, they stopped functioning. I went to Sutter Audiology and was told I had a bad speaker. When I inquired about a warranty I was informed there was none. When I asked what would happen if they stopped working a few months down the road, I was told I would have to pay to have them repaired again. Not acceptable. Fast forward to Elk Grove Hearing Care. Amy informs that I do not have a bad speaker, it's simply blocked. All depending, work is warranted for 12 months. Anything I need I'm told to just give them a call. I feel so fortunate to have found such a caring and competent team. Highly, highly recommended.

  Having just moved to Elk Grove this summer, I was a bit worried when some of my hearing accessories started to malfunction. I consulted the manufacturer's website and they pointed me to Elk Grove Hearing Care. Dr Amy and Isaac were very caring and understanding and were able to take care the problems I was having with my current hearing instruments and accessories. As someone who has been wearing hearing aids for 30+ years and has experienced different types of care over the decades, I can say that these two have raised the bar and there is no doubt where I will go next year when it is time to purchase new hearing aids. Thank you Dr Amy and Isaac for a wonderful experience.
