The employees were extremely knowledgeable and helpful! The gentlemen at the store helped me with my decision in frames, helped with online ordering, and also provided me with the breakdown of my vision benefits and final cost! It was all so easy and quick!

Excellent in store experience. When I entered the store, I was promptly greeted by a young woman (I cannot recall her name). I had already researched online and knew the name of the glasses frames I wanted to physically try on, since I already did the virtual try on. She provided me with the frames, then I realized that I had forgot to request the narrow width. She and Adam, the store leader, both assisted. Adam took over at this point. We chatted for a few minutes and he agreed these frames were probably the best ones for me. He gave me a quote of $95, plus $50 if I want blue-light filtering. They also sell contacts and I could get 20% off my contacts if I buy frames and contacts from them. He gave me the quote, but I found somewhere else that could beat the price he provided. I was not ready to purchase the new glasses right away. He told me I can return to the store or just place the order online. They do not work on commission, so it doesn't matter if I place the order directly with him. He was fantastic and I appreciated him and his help very much. The other young woman was also super nice and helpful. It was a great experience.
