  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with YogaSix El Dorado Hills. I reached out to cancel my membership because I was going through financial difficulties and moved 2+ hours away. I asked if they could please waive the $109 final membership payment as a courtesy. I was told they were unable to do so. I had already paid $109 for a previous month that I was unable to use, and when I asked whether that payment could be transferred to another YogaSix location, I was told that it could not because the studios are independently owned. What I found particularly frustrating is that this was never clearly disclosed to me when I became a member. The class booking system makes it appear as though you can view and book classes across different YogaSix locations, which can reasonably give customers the impression that their membership and payments can be used interchangeably between studios. It wasn’t until I tried to transfer my unused membership payment that I learned the studios are independently owned and that my payment could not be transferred. I found that experience very misleading. What was especially frustrating was that when the $109 payment initially failed because I didn’t have enough money in my account, I was charged an additional $15 fee. Then, as soon as funds became available in my account, the studio withdrew the $109 plus the $15 fee. I understand that businesses have cancellation policies, but I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility or consideration given my situation, especially considering I had already paid for a month of membership that I wasn’t able to use. I was hoping for some reasonable customer service or willingness to work with me, but instead I left feeling like the only priority was collecting the payment. I would strongly encourage anyone considering a membership here to carefully review the cancellation, payment, and individual-studio policies before signing up. In particular, make sure you understand that memberships and payments may be tied to the individual studio even though the booking system makes it appear that you can use different locations. I do want to say that I genuinely enjoyed taking the classes at YogaSix. The studio was always clean, the classes were enjoyable, and I had a positive experience with the instructors. Unfortunately, the way my membership cancellation and payment situation was handled overshadowed those positives. I would have been much more comfortable leaving a positive review if I felt there was more transparency and consideration when it came to the membership policies. $230 down the drain for someone who is already struggling.

  Yoga Six is absolutely amazing! I love all of the class types and instructors. You always leave feeling better than we you came in. Everyone is so knowledgeable. Sculpt is always such a killer workout too!

  Y6 is amazing and the owner, Michelle, has curated the best instructors and created the most amazing community among members. My favorite classes are slow flow, restore, and hot. Jill is the best overall (imo) with amazing music choices paired with great flows, Jamie is great with flow and advanced inversions, Phoebe has amazing vibes with fun flows, and Chiara is the queen of sculpt! Highly recommend trying out a few classes and excited that Michelle is expanding to Folsom with a second location under her ownership.

  Amazing studio with a variety of classes, events, and workshops. Every instructor is knowledgeable and encouraging, and the community of students is incredibly welcoming. After moving to the area and trying a few intro classes, I was completely won over and signed up for the unlimited membership. I even got my husband a class pack so he can join whenever his schedule allows. Highly recommend this studio for an energizing workout, great vibes, and an overall wonderful experience!
