I feel stronger and I’m definitely more tone than I’ve been in a long time!!! It is also a really friendly place to come and workout!! I love it !!!

The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and provide an appropriate level of support from beginners to advanced pilates classes. I have been going 3 to 4 times a week for the last two years. The workouts never get old because they offer so many different options. There is a cardio class a center and balance class which is restorative a flow class and even advanced 2.0 and 2.5 classes for students who are ready for a more significant challenge. I have never had more flexibility and muscle tone as well as eliminating lower back and joint pain. The club is clean and all of the employees are extremely friendly.
