- AWAsha WeberSep 27, 20261.0I arrived at Club Pilates El Cerrito at 12:01 for my appointment. They had called to ask me to arrive 5–10 minutes early, so I understood when the person at reception said I would need to reschedule. I said that was fine. What upset me was how I was treated afterward. The instructor, Havana, who was leading a class with one other person, stopped and yelled across the room that I could not join because the class had already started and that I needed to reschedule. I had already agreed to reschedule. I was shocked by her tone and left. I called afterward to ask that my information be removed from their system. During that call, the person at reception became rude about my failure to arrive early. I take responsibility for arriving late. That does not excuse being yelled at or spoken to disrespectfully. The experience left me with no interest in returning.

I especially enjoy Sunday classes with Daniella.(outstanding teacher) Her friendly and welcoming greeting set a positive and relaxing tone for all of us who come to her class! I’m always anxious to get started and wish I could have a bit more time to keep working out. I recommend her class to anyone looking for a great Flow 1 experience!

I was able to attend a few sessions last year with Holly and was happy to get her Introductory class. She is very knowledgeable, supportive and energized! As we talked and came up with a plan to get me back into action, I decided to resume my membership. Thank you Holly for the support and Jason for helping me with my membership.
