Excelente servicio de la señorita del mostrador y de la señorita que hace los exámenes, fueron muy lindas con mi Mamá, comprensivas y cambiaron la pieza (porta pila que se había roto después de casi 8 años de uso), y además nos consiguieron otros productos que necesitabamos, ojalá volvieran a poner una sucursal de Connect Hearing en Veracruz, México ¡HACEN MUCHA FALTA PERSONAS COMO USTEDES! Mil Gracias por sus atenciones.

I was having trouble connecting my hearing aids to my phone. Staff was so helpful and knowledgeable in troubleshooting my hearing aids even though I am not a patient. Will be definitely coming back!
