The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. I was pleasantly surprised that Dr. Young would do my exam in person. She was thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly to me, and answered all of my questions. The exam was efficient, and I never felt rushed. Her office and the shop was clean and well-organized, making the entire visit comfortable and stress-free. I was very happy with the nice selection of frames and the cute COACH ones I choose.
