  After 18 years shopping at Albertsons in rancho San Diego I have had to call it quits. They don't have their sale products in when they advertise them. They do not give you a rain check that is equivalent to what you would purchase while you're in the store. And at times they wouldn't give me a rain check at all for items they did not have stocked or on sale as advertised. This is a common bait and switch in sales. They get you in they don't have the products nor that they want to give you a rain check and you have to buy other items at higher prices.This store has turned into a joke. The customer service is well below average for 2025. 100% unacceptable for the early 90s late '80s.

  The bakery people ruined my sons 1st birthday cake in August. They ruined a special experience that I'll never get back. And they never fixed it nor tried to fix it. I went home with the cake devasted and tried fixing it myself but made it even worse. Don't go buying from them, the worst customer service and the worst experience. And again I'll never get a 1st birthday for my son again.

  So we came back from the pharmacy. We use this one all the time. But we feel we were dismissed for asking if my wife's prescription, which is not covered by insurance, could be lowered with using good rx. But the prices seemed high. And she wasn't very helpful like others there have been. The clerk was even very friendly to the person in front of us. But because we didn't have a mask on it became sour service. So now we will go to Costco for these prescriptions and possibly take our eleven scripts to another location.

  Don't know why there are negative reviews for customer service at the Savon Pharmacy in Rancho San Diego? We have always had good service when picking up prescriptions. Questions are answered and staff is helpful.

  I had been coming here for over 13 years. Even after I moved 30 minutes away. Now the customer service has gone away. I heard they were bought out. The computers are slow and it is just not the same. I went in and stood in line for 10 minutes before the lady behind the counter scolded me like I was 5, Saying they closed at 5:00. It was 5:06 when she told me that- I am going somewhere else from now on.
