  Management does not want to be here (and they’re usually not here during later classes, which makes the studio a lot better). They expect you to be flexible when YOU’RE paying money but they cannot extend any flexibility for you. Instructors have been late previously and swapped around last minute, classes start early or late and it’s all random but the moment you cannot make it by A MINUTE, their hands are suddenly tied. Avoid the blonde girl, she’s on a power trip high horse. Pleasanton is a lot nicer and reasonable! Would highly recommend to move there because it’s like talking and working with real people instead of bots

  Instructors like Christy, Brooke and Sri are awesome. The people managing this location are not available half the time. No one answers phone calls, or replies to emails. Some days you get reminders for classes and other days nothing at all. I used to go to Pleasanton before switching over to Dublin. I never had these issues there. Horrible service.

  I used to go to Club Pilates in Pleasanton, but I switched to this studio when it opened near my home. It was the best decision because I met my absolute role model, Christy! 👍🏻 Honestly, part of me wants to keep her a secret because I’m afraid she’ll get too famous and I won’t be able to book her classes! 😭 But she truly deserves 5 stars. Christy has such a sharp eye for form correction—her group classes feel just like 1:1 personal training. She has a great sense of humor too, so I always leave her class with a big smile. Highly recommended!

  I was a member of this studio from day one, but it was impossible to get a slot just one week after it opened. I only kept going to honor my three-month contract and because I liked some instructors, even after losing a bunch of classes. I tried to cancel on the last day before renewal, but my email went unanswered. An instructor took down my cancellation note at the front desk when no staff was around, but no one ever reached out to me. My attempt to dispute the charge on my credit card failed, so I ended up paying for a month of services I didn't use. I agree with the other reviews that the studio's administration is terrible.
