  I’ve never taken Pilates classes before and decided to start at this studio. All the instructors are very nice and helpful. At first I didn’t think it was a good workout because I came from a bootcamp type gym, but the more classes I took, the more I improved my form and it’s definitely a good workout without being hard on your body.

  If I could give Club Pilates a 10 I would they are so amazing. I’m returning back from a broken tailbone and it’s like having my own personal trainer. All of the instructors are amazing especially Ricardo he was able to accommodate me even having a full class.

  I love all of the instructors here and they’re honestly the reason I keep coming back. They’re amazing, which makes it even more frustrating that the AC has been an ongoing issue for weeks. The studio gets extremely hot during classes, and these are horrible working conditions for the instructors who have to teach in it for hours. It’s also uncomfortable and concerning for members working out in these temperatures. Management/ownership needs to take this seriously and get it fixed. The instructors and members deserve better.

  I only go here because it’s around the hospital, classes are just ok, some instructors I feel like they just phone it in or focus on their regulars. I found my Prep 2 teacher not really wanting to offer a fix to people’s form much and extremely curt. I had asked her for adjustments or help several times over and I think point blank she just ignored me. The straw that broke the camels back for me was I had asked her if I can retrieve a pair of earrings from the Front Desk and she just simply said oh I don’t answer the phone. Which is a fair response but again this was the energy from the middle of the class to the end. It read as though, I am not a regular she does not care. I was grabbing for my purse before cleaning the reformer and I think she literally wanted to walk me back from my purse to the reformer like I was a child? I was grabbing my belongings because I wanted to make sure that it was safe and then clean my reformer. There wasn’t a helpful hand or mindset in sight. For many people like myself that are around Duarte we are often caregivers for those at the local hospital, and what was once a refuge for me will be something that I will think twice about. My experience was very similar to Jennifer below. Admittedly, I was a few minutes late to my class (in which I let front desk know) but it didn’t seem like my instructor really cared to make adjustments to any of her students and only showed demonstrations for a few of the movements. Pilates has become a very premium experience and you pay the price accordingly. It is not worth it here. Natalie is great, very nice, and does adjust her students and demonstrate a lot. I would recommend her.

  This is a decent place but the instructors are not very good. They ask students about accommodations and then make the class difficult. Been taking Pilates for over 12 years and most instructors don’t understand a level 1 class versus an intermediate class. It was very frustrating.
