  The time I have spent with Home Instead has gone very well with all of my caregivers the one I have now is Alma she is very thoughtful she looks to both current situations and those ahead to care for me. She helps me with my groceries shopping she also helps me select beneficial things for my health and she also cleans my house she deals with my 3 cats what more can I ask for. Alma is always on time taking me to doctor appointments and labs appointments she is always there hand on hand to catch what the doctor says in case I miss anything I really appreciate her for that the time I have spend with Alma has been so great she really loves what she does she is Lovable and compassionate. On my book she is a five star ***** caregiver.

  So my family was in an emergency situation and we needed care ASAP. Called Home instead. Leslie came out to the home she was very nice. But then everything went downhill from there. We paid a deposit up front to guarantee services. We let her know we would need help for the next week forsure maybe 2 weeks. Days go buy she said the scheduler is going to call. Nobody ever called, then when we finally talk to them they say “we don’t work on the weekends” what kind of Home caretakers are you? You never said that when we met at the house. Then we are in contact with her and they are saying that they arent going to be able to have any care till Monday and we needed it Friday which we discussed. Why did I just give you a deposit to guarantee service then???? We ended up canceling services with them all together and getting our refund. This is where it gets great........Monday morning rolls around and there is a caretaker at our door??? Are you kidding me. These people need to get it together because for one they don’t work on weekends which is absolutely ridiculous and 2 I feel bad for the caretaker that just came out, she probably doesn’t have a job for the rest of the day because of their screw up. This was the worst experience with at home care that we have ever had.
