You won't find AudioNova, you'll find the entry Connect Hearing it's the same one on the second floor. Exit the elevator and make a left, AudioNova is room 204. The office is very nice and bright once you get inside. The young man attending the whole office Carlos is very nice and professional. He's fluent in English and Spanish and explains things in a simple manner which is great.
