  This is the finest physical therapy Clinic I have ever been to. Liz is the most knowledgeable, experienced and professional occupational therapist ever. Appointments are always on time, with never a wait. Staff is courteous and kind and a very professional. Equipment is immaculately clean. My experience has been top notch.

  In multiple instances, appointments were canceled without my knowledge, request, etc. Most recently, 4 appointments over 2 weeks were for some reason removed from the schedule. Showed up, got multiple explanations, but all were different. Either way, appointments take too long to reschedule. So I go without physical therapy for weeks at a time. The coordination from the front office to the therapist seems to be off. This is something we as patients should not have to deal with. Major disconnect between the therapist and the administration side of things. Nice people, but I’m there for the medical aspects.
