My kiddos have been going here for over 6 years and have had a few different dentists during that time. Our experiences in the last couple of months with the practice have been absolutely fantastic! One of my kiddos needed to have a couple of teeth pulled and was very anxious about it. Dr. Ghaly spent time during both appointments to make sure they felt safe, strong, and prepared. She and her staff were empathetic and kind beyond what I could have hoped for. My kiddo had such a great experience that they said they would be excited to go back if they ever had to have another tooth extracted. They even gave them a badge of bravery and a follow-up card telling them how proud they were of their bravery. I have had good experiences over the years but the most recent version of kids care is Davis is the best my kids and I have ever experienced and I would recommend them to anyone with kids in the Davis area!

Great first experience. The staff here is exceptional!! Beginning with the ladies up front Megan and Jamie who greeted my kids as soon as they walk through the door. The assistant who helped us today was very gentle with my kids and Dr.Ghaly helped to answer all our concerns. Would recommend!

Very frustrating to deal with lately. Multiple times they scheduled appointments without my consent and then charged cancellation fee fees when we couldn’t make them. At first, I thought I had forgotten about the appointments, but it kept happening. With the most recent occurrence, I even went through my texts where I told them that Mondays would not work. Lo and behold, I just got a text today that we have an appointment on next Monday. Very shady, do not recommend.

My son was going to be a new patient. Unfortunately the “book appointment” portal online allowed us to make a Sunday appointment on 9/13/26 and when we arrived on time the office was closed. I highly suggest not making Sunday appointments and making appointments within their normal office hours.
