  Our experience with this dental clinic was extremely disappointing. My child received orthodontic treatment here, and the result was that their front teeth became noticeably protruded, giving the appearance of "rabbit teeth." Naturally, I asked the clinic for an explanation and a plan to correct the problem. Instead of addressing our concerns professionally, the clinic repeatedly delayed responding, failed to provide a clear explanation or an effective solution, and appeared unwilling to take responsibility for the outcome. Throughout the process, I felt that our concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously. Based on our experience, the clinic seemed far more focused on collecting payment than on providing quality patient care or standing behind the results of its orthodontic treatment. I cannot recommend this clinic and encourage others to carefully consider their options before choosing it.
