  I’ve been going for about a month and half already and I’ve loved it, I started at the 8pack and upgraded to the unlimited and it’s completely worth it. Recently I had a 1.5 cardio sculpt class with Claudia and she was amazing! I had only done level 1 classes before and talked to her and she walked me through the set up for the class and made me feel very comfortable moving up a level, she always has amazing energy during her classes and I loved the cardio sculpt. All the instructors are fantastic but I especially love Claudia’s. Definitely get a membership it’s worth it

  Julia is an exceptional instructor. She’s great with verbal cues on correct positioning as well as offering modifications to meet her clients where they are in their personal practice, always reminding us to “do what feels good in your body.” I seek out classes with Julia for a great personal investment in my own practice goals!
