A truly authentic yoga studio own by local family in Davis, California. We have just open our second studio in historic downtown Woodland CA in November 1, 2025! We offer Vinyasa, Gentle Flow, Stretch Class, Yin Yoga, Restorative, Beginners Basics, Kids and Prenatal, Yoga Teacher Training. Our beautiful studios are with natural lights, changing rooms, bathroom and launch area. Our team is passionate and committed to helping students of all levels, ages and body types discover something we find invaluable– peace in mind, body and spirit. We believe that yoga benefits our lives no matter what brings us into the studio. Our goal is to support you through your journey and help your bodies expand safely into new possibilities.
