She does the best job demonstrating, remembering names, and keeping her sequences fresh. I also absolutely love Amelia's class for the same reasons. Overall the best CorePower location ever!!!

It was warm and comfortable but still created a bit of a sweat in a good way. The instructor was really good. The room was spacious and the whole facility was clean and inviting .
