  I had a scheduled interview with a recruiter from TheKey, and the experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. The interview started with technical issues because the sound wasn’t working. Instead of taking a moment to troubleshoot or resolve the problem, the recruiter quickly ended the video call and called me on the phone. Once we were on the phone, she did not introduce herself properly or give me the opportunity to introduce myself. She immediately began asking questions. When I explained that I was looking for a one-on-one caregiver position, she abruptly responded that they were looking for caregivers who change diapers, and then she ended the call without allowing me to continue speaking. She did not thank me for my time, wish me luck, or end the conversation professionally. She simply hung up. Everyone looking for employment deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Recruiters represent their company, and professionalism should be a basic expectation during the hiring process. I found the way I was treated disrespectful and discouraging. I am submitting this complaint because I believe no job seeker should be spoken to or treated this way. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future applicants are treated with the courtesy and respect they deserve.

  It is a very good agency for dementia care. Not only for clients but also for its employees. I have been working with the agency for over 5 years. Caroline, The manager always help us with family leave or license renewal or whatever She can help. I am so grateful to have such an excellent managing team!

  My mother and I were Tender Rose customers for only a few months. During that time, the professionalism and care demonstrated by our care team - especially Courtney (Care Success Manager) and Lea (Memory Care Professional) - was top notch. Courtney was my first impression of Tender Rose and she was super caring, thoughtful, detail oriented - during our first talk and every touch base after. Lea was the most INCREDIBLE Medical Care Professional for my mother - in both my opinion and my mother's - she very quickly felt like a 4th kiddo to my sweet mother. Thank you to Tender Rose for having team members like Courtney, Lea, Jennifer, Lucero....teams with people like this differentiate you, for the better, from other care providers.
