⭐ 1-Star Review
I signed up for Club Pilates for three months, which was the minimum membership commitment. My membership included four credits per month, but the credits do not roll over. Unfortunately, the class availability and membership structure made it extremely difficult to actually use the credits I had paid for.
Many of the classes at popular times have very limited availability. Members with unlimited memberships can book multiple classes, while members with only four credits have to plan very carefully and book in advance. However, you also cannot book too far in advance because of the system restrictions. It feels like the membership structure makes it unnecessarily difficult for members with limited credits to use what they have paid for.
Canceling the membership was another frustrating experience. I was initially told that I needed to come in person to cancel. When I went in person, I was then told that I needed to send an email. After sending the email, I had to follow up repeatedly just to get confirmation that my membership would actually be canceled. The entire process was unnecessarily difficult.
The worst experience happened during my final month. I had one last credit and booked a 2:30 PM class. Please also be aware that parking at this location can be extremely difficult. I arrived around 2:15 PM, but it took me approximately 20 minutes to find parking. I knew I was going to be late, so I tried calling the studio, but nobody answered.
To make matters worse, I only booked the 2:30 PM class because the class I had originally booked for that week was canceled by the studio the previous Monday. I had to rearrange my schedule and book a different class in order to use my credit. Given that the original class was canceled by them, I was especially disappointed that they showed no flexibility when I arrived late to the replacement class.
When I finally found parking and went inside, I explained the situation to the front desk. This was my last credit of the month, and there were still approximately 10 spots available in the class. Unfortunately, they would not allow me to take the class because I was late.
I then asked if I could use my credit for a later class instead, since I had already paid for the credit and was there at the studio. I was told no. I asked to speak with the manager and was told that the person I was speaking with was the manager. I explained that I was not asking for a free class—I simply wanted to use the credit I had already paid for, either for the class I booked or a later class that same day. There were open spots, but they still refused to help.
I was extremely upset because this was my last credit of the month, and this was the only time during my entire membership that I had been late. I tried calling ahead, but nobody answered, and the delay was caused by the extremely difficult parking situation.
What bothered me most was the complete lack of customer service and willingness to find a reasonable solution. I understand having policies, but when there are open spots and a customer is standing in front of you asking to use a credit they already paid for, I believe there should be some flexibility.
My experience with this location was extremely disappointing. I felt that the priority was enforcing the rules and protecting the revenue rather than taking care of the customer.
If you are considering joining Club Pilates, I strongly recommend carefully reviewing the membership, booking, credit, and cancellation policies before signing up. Based on my experience, I would take my business elsewhere and would not recommend this location.

I’m enjoying Pilates so much! It has been incredibly helpful in managing my multiple sclerosis. My balance has improved, and the stiffness in my legs is getting much better. I’m grateful to be feeling stronger and making progress every day.I love all the trainers
