  Both Misha and Bob were great. I had a fine and fun experience. They are pros and the equipment, procedures and analysis enabled me to let go of my worries over my hearing. I will be back in 5 years for another test.

  Bob was a great help to me! I had a problem with my hearing aid “whistling” and he fixed it and it hasn’t recurred. Bob also took the time to run a diagnostic check on my hearing aids, tune them up, and also walk me though features on my app that I’d forgotten or were new. I’d give Bob 6 stars if I could!

  I live in Illinois and purchased my hearing aids there. While visiting my son in SF, one hearing aid became clogged and I needed a new wax filter, which I did not have with me. I called Connect Hearing in Daly City and was greeted like an old customer. Bob told me to come in and he would fix me up, which he did. Talk about an organization with top flight customer service! I received the same top shelf treatment from CH in Illinois. I am very glad I purchased my hearing aids from Connect Hearing.
