  This hearing office is truly a gem. It’s not crowded like some of the offices we’ve visited in San Francisco, and the service is excellent. Bob is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients. He recommended the best hearing aid based on value, giving my dad the best bang for the buck. Six months later, when one hearing aid stopped working, Bob patiently explained the issue and showed my dad how to replace the filter. He even allowed me to record a quick video so my dad wouldn’t forget the steps. He also suggested affordable replacement filters from Amazon, which we really appreciated. Bob clearly knows his work inside and out, and his assistant was very helpful as well. Highly recommend this office to anyone needing hearing aids or hearing aid support!

  Both Misha and Bob were great. I had a fine and fun experience. They are pros and the equipment, procedures and analysis enabled me to let go of my worries over my hearing. I will be back in 5 years for another test.

  I researched places to get an ear cleaning online. This place came up. It also lists on their website that they clean ears. I made an appointment, took off work early, drove 45 minutes, all so I could be told once I got there that they don’t do ear cleanings. A waste of time and money. Literally.

  Bob was terrific. I am visiting from Toronto, caring for a relative, when I broke a hearing aid. Frustrating for everyone, especially the patient. Connect was professional, accommodating and so quick. It was all fixed so well and so fast. The charge, which I didn't have to pay in the end, was exactly what my Toronto provider said was the fair one. I am considering changing to Connect for my next set. Thank you, Bob.

  It is kind of difficult to choose the right hearing aid professional given so many unfamiliar choices but I am glad I chose Connect Hearing in Daly City. Robert is a true professional who fitted me with my picture perfect set of hearing aids and I am extremely happy with my device. It took one visit to evaluate my hearing needs and got my new set not long after that. Everything went seamless as they handled my claim through my private insurance. Just to make sure I am a happy camper Robert scheduled me for a follow up appt a week later. I highly recommend Robert if you are looking for a reliable and very experienced hearing aid professional.
