  Bob is great! I went with my Mom to get her new hearing aids. He checked out the ones she is using and said they are working and a good pair. He does not deal with her brand of hearing aids but took the time to call the company and found out they are still under warranty. He patiently explained what we needed to do and did not try to sell us a new pair. He is caring and honest and just wanted the best for her. When she has to get new hearing aids I will definitely be back. Misha at the front desk is also very nice and patient. Thank you Bob and Misha.

  Bob is very kind, flexible and supportive. I had an appointment last week and when I walked in, he had my account up and ready to go. I appreciate that Bob is always on time making it a smooth transition for me.

  I’ve been wearing aids for most of my life almost 50 years and this experience with Robert has been exceptional. Especially, with a new model platform called. Marvel by. Phonak I’ve been wearing for about three weeks now. I was just fitted with a C-Shell receiver with much better results and clarity. This is an excellent recommendation by Robert for someone with single sided hearing. Looking forward to Phonak coming out with a bi-cross technology available for the Marvel platform. This is the best working aid and technology I’ve had in many years. Also I would like to thank Robert and his staff for working with me and giving me an excellent value. Since I have to pay this out-of-pocket. Insurance has never covered my hearing-aids. I look forward to many years continuing this relationship with Connect Hearing. Thank you so much ! Jim Whitfield.
