  What can I say that I haven’t said to the StretchLabs team already but I guess it’s time I let the whole world know. StretchLabs is a life-changing experience because of all the pain and suffering always feeling when it came to my muscles because I didn’t know how to take care of myself It was only through the guidance of their stretch that I was able to get rid of my sciatic pain my lower back pain and I continue to go there because I work out 4 to 5 times a week and in my 40s I need to be able to focus on recovery and make recovery a priority and StretchLabs understand that. It’s an investment to my recovery into my health and I hope that anyone who reads this will say wow you know that’s 100% true because recovery is just as important if not even more important than getting into shape.

  I went to the Cypress location for my Intro Stretch. My appointment was with Maya C. The experience was great. The ambiance and vibe at the this location is calm which is great when you’re tense and stressed out. Maya is an awesome Flexologist. I felt extremely relaxed after my stretch. Thank you!

  I love my weekly stretches at Stretch LAB Cypress! I rotate between two Flexologists,, Piper and Azuree, who both are super knowledgeable and strong yet gentle. They utilize PNF stretching technique, which is a push/release against their body weight. So good!

  My experience with Maya has always been wonderful. The service hat she provides is outstanding! She is knowledgeable as well as professional. I always feel much better after her stretches. Maya is definitely an asset to StretchLab.
