Easy and accessible parking, love Lily’s sculpt that really challenges you and is a great workout! My favorite instructor has been Juliana- enjoy the music, sequence and energy of her power flow, and restore classes. Kelsey’s specialty chakra, & restorative class was wonderful and looking forward to exploring more teachers and styles. Staff has been understanding and supportive about last minute changes & helped reschedule class, much appreciated!
