- AEabel espinoza2 days ago5.0My experience at PIVAC was great with no issues. Dr Spencer Brown came in checked my fistula and told me exactly what his team was going to do on my arm. They offered a numbing cream and I chose to go without it. He them proceeded with the surgical intervention of my arm. The pain was was not bad. I suffered thru worse at the dialysis center. Everything went smooth from checking in to recieving the treatment and gave me simple instructions to follow at home. Dr Brown knows what he is doing when it comes to vascular health. He came in with a plan explained the procedure and followed it to T. Fast and easy no complications of any kind. Thanks Dr Brown for a excellent experience at your facility all his team is attentive and well trained, they care for their patients. Thank you Dr Brown

He is such a wonderful doctor with a charismatic personality and quite humorous !!! I will not hesitate to recommend Dr. Spencer Brown to others in need of vascular attention. He’s the greatest doctor to have.
