  Everyone at the Culver City LensCrafters has always been awesome, but today I was helped by the fantastic Cathy. Her exceptionally warm, incredibly wonderful assistance just blew me away. First: she is like a sparkling star of genuine kindness and positivity. And not just with myself, as I saw her speaking with other clients and she was just as lovely and helpful. Second: her endless patience. I swear I overloaded her with tons of detailed questions about the glasses I was looking at, pricing, Rx issues, etc. and I even left then came back to ask of her yet another inquiry and she was just as, if not beyond, considerate. Absolutely so lovely and thorough. I honestly love coming to this location even though I live in Hollywood, solely because of the people. Like the outstanding Miss Cathy. Please keep investing in your priceless people and please keep rewarding them for their exquisite professionalism and caring, thoughtful service. They truly are your bottom line, your bread and butter, your investments. I hope the incredible Cathy and her equally as amazing colleagues are recognized as such.

  Nicole (manager) was exceptional. When a mistake left me without the glasses I needed the day before a two-week international trip, Nicole jumped in and fixed everything quickly and professionally. She went above and beyond, even helping return glasses I'd purchased through Oakley.com. Her calm, caring approach turned a stressful situation into a genuinely great customer experience. I can't recommend her and her store/staff enough — LensCrafters is lucky to have her!

  Absolutely horrible store. We chose a sunglass we would like to purchase and they began signing up a new profile without asking for my consent. I told them I didn't want to, and they told me it is a requirement and they needed to ask another person if they are allowed to sell a sunglass without creating a profile. They created an environment where we were pressured to create an account and didn't inform us that the product on display was the only product available. We had to stop them when it felt like they were just packaging the sunglass we tried on in the store. I don't have a problem with buying a product that was on display if it is in good condition. But I think it is common courtesy to ask before signing up a new account, validate that we don't need to create an account before telling me it is a requirement, and give a heads up before hurriedly cleaning and packaging a product on display.
