She took the time to understand what I was looking for, patiently guided me through different frames and sunglasses, and gave honest, thoughtful recommendations that made the decision easy. Much obliged! A big thank you as well to McKenna, Staci, and Vivian, who were all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help throughout my visit. The entire team made the experience relaxed, enjoyable, and completely pressure-free. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend this location!

I always wear all black clothes and my glasses are generally classic RayBan shape frames but in black. I’m a designer and always wanted Le Corbusier style thick round glasses. I finally did that but wanted to go more extreme so I chose RED! I passed by the Warby Parker store and they had the perfect round red frames! I was tentative about them at first but the staff rallied and convinced me they were perfect! I’m going to be excited to get them and have fun with them. Good job WP!!!
