  Holly is the best GM. I used to go to another location. I left because of bad service. I always get excellent service at Costa Mesa office. All my flexologists have been excellent. Ashley S.

  StretchLab is a solid spot if you want guided, one-on-one stretching without having to think about it. The staff is generally friendly and knowledgeable, and they actually listen to your problem areas and adjust the session to your body, which makes a big difference . You usually walk out feeling looser, more mobile, and relaxed especially if your body is tight from working out.

  I had an incredible experience at StretchLab in Costa Mesa. From the moment I walked in, the studio stood out for how clean, organized, and calming it felt. The environment alone makes it easy to relax and focus on your session. Ashley was absolutely amazing to work with. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and really understands how to target flexibility in a way that feels both effective and comfortable. I could immediately tell she was paying close attention to my body and adjusting throughout the session to get the best results. I left feeling looser, more mobile, and genuinely refreshed.
