I’ve done it off and on for the last 15 years, and I will say that it’s the one exercise that has gotten me in the best shape ever. All the teachers are so nice And help you out with any modifications needed. The one thing I love the most about it is there’s no judgment. You do what you can do, but I will tell you you definitely will get stronger and stronger. The two Studios I frequent is Huntington Beach and Newport Beach, love love love them!!
